WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
All packages include a pre-wedding consultation, in person if possible - we'll meet up for a coffee and chat, ideally at the wedding venue but if this is not possible we can discuss via skype, zoom or a phone call. Hopefully we'll be a great match and you'll decide to go ahead and book your photography with me!
THE BOOKING PROCESS ... Once I have the few details I need to write your contract this will be emailed to you for online signing. Your contract will also include payment details. Once you've checked the contract and are happy you can sign and pay your £300 deposit. I'll then send a confirmation email that your date is booked. Please email anytime if you have any questions.
ONE - TWO MONTHS BEFORE YOUR DAY ... I'll be in touch to get some more details from you such as your timeline and group shot list (if you have one - and I recommend you do to make things a bit easier on the day).
THE BIG DAY ARRIVES! ... I like to arrive early in order to meet you and your coordinator if you have one, see how things are going and get some detail and venue photos if these things are ready before your guests arrive. The fun begins!
PHOTO DELIVERY ... Your photos will be processed with great care and after your three day preview (25+ photos) all images will be available to download, print and share from your password protected online gallery within 6-8 weeks. All images are supplied in social sharing size + high resolution for personal use/sharing/printing and will be free of watermarks. Your gallery will remain online for at least one year with no limit on the number of downloads. Any prints, etc included in your package can be chosen from your full gallery.
OTHER THINGS ...
Food at full day weddings - photographers generally take a break when food is served so I either bring food or find somewhere local to eat. It is nice to know before the day if your venue is including a lower cost suppliers meal with your package as we do sometimes get forgotten by the caterers on the day.
I'm fully insured and can provide proof for venues if needed. I always bring at least two fantastic cameras plus lots of lenses and lighting equipment.
Prices include travel within a wide area and payment plans are available if needed.
Guest cam - I have 2 easy to use cameras available for guest use during your reception and will upload photos taken to a separate gallery after your day. Please let me know if you would like this included in your package free of charge.
